What to do if you are unhappy with your purchase.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must inform me of your wish to return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving your item. You then have to return the product within 14 calendar days of notifying me of your return. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
The refund address is printed on your packing slip included in your parcel.
After your return is received, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately, since wholesale orders are made to order, they are unable to be cancelled or returned. If any products arrive damaged, please contact me within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be happy to send replacement products.
